I bought a new car at westway ford and weeks after I got it, they sent me a new contract in the mail. They said they lost the other one and needed me to sign a new one. I told them I wasn't signing another contract. Not to mention the fact that the contract details were all changed. They were trying to get more money out of me and had changed the interest rate and payments. I said no and they threatened to take my car away. They kept sending out contracts until eventually one matched the original one. They were all kinds of crooked and I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The company responded with some BS and the Revdex.com said "all was good". It didn't even affect their rating one bit. I see they have had 23 complaints in 3 years, yet their rating is still A+. What's the point of this process if the rating doesn't even change? Where can I review the Revdex.com at?
