The response received from the dentist is utterly nonsense I did call the office the same day and spoke to Regina , the [redacted] , she admitted that they have overcharged me by $based on their fee shown on the revised invoiceI never used the electric toothbrush, as I mentioned to Regina , since I have an identical one at homeRegina wanted me to keep it till Monday since the office is closed on Fridays, but I did not get the message on time , showed up and gave her the toothbrush unopened and in perfect shape as it was given to me the day before on Friday The dentist response is absurd and a perfect lieShe should be reminded that honesty in this country is a virtue ....The dental plan outlined by DrMaryam, was not for routine dental care ,it was for dental guard and bunch of other items that I had no desire to do If they would have told me that they break a simple routine dental care in four segment as upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right and each segment is going to cost $to clean and $rinse, I never would have subjected myself to this scam ...In any case, I have no option but to take her to small claim court ...I thank you for your efforts to resolve this unfortunate incident amicably...Sent from my iPad

To whom it may concern,I tried to contact you to speak with a representative, but was unable to reach a live person. I left a message with your companyThe person who complained about the fees charged was presented a treatment plan along with the fees involvedHe consented to the treatment
plan, signed the agreement and paid for the treatment with a credit cardHe then went home, after the entire treatment was completed, disputed the total amount of $1245with his credit card and did not inform us of thisThe next day, after he had used his new electric brush and rinse, returned the product and asked for another refund for those productsOur policy is to wait days until a refund is issued, but we agreed to issue a refund for those products on August 23, for the amount of $280 because he pressed and called the office so many timesAt this time, not only has he received the completed dental treatment, he has disputed the charges hence not paid for it, on top of that, we gave him a $280 refund back on his card Please call me on my mobile to discuss this matter further ###-###-####.Regards,Maryam B***, DDS Westwind Dental us why here
