On January *, 2015, [redacted] texted me saying, I'll be refunded $535.46. Unbeknownst to me, I am entitled to all the tax I paid because of Capital Improvement. [redacted] told me this and had me fill out the form, so that's why the total promised is higher. I will attach a picture of the email.
I have not heard back from them since then.

Review: I ordered granite for kitchen countertop from them. My contractor told [redacted], that he ordered up to make sure there was enough. [redacted] said they would adjust when they measured it. I paid in full and when it was installed a month later, I called to report the discrepancy. We estimated 30 sq. ft. and actually, it came to 24.23 sq. ft. I called the [redacted] and [redacted] said the papers say 6 feet. I also ordered a grid for my sink at that time before my refund request, and needless to say, I have not heard back. [redacted] was the salesman who helped us. My contractor does this for a living and measured it several times. He drew up a model with the measurements which I faxed to [redacted] with a letter explaining the refund request. He called my home phone and said he got the fax and would go over it. He knows I work days and every time I call back, they say he's on the phone when they hear my name and he never calls me back.Desired Settlement: I paid $2362.25 (inc. tax) for 30 sq. ft. at $73.3333 a sq. ft. Actual quantity delivered and used 24.23 sq. ft. Difference is $455.12 (inc. tax.)Thank you for your help!
