Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was complaining about the cost of the Jon ??? What kind of BS excuse is that ? So even IF that is true which it is not? he thinks it is ACCEPTABLE to do work built to fail? and cost MORE MONEY TO REPAIR? makes perfect sense and in the mean time? plays with both people livelihood and aafety? the differential was on warranty that's about the only thing he said that was trueand he claims what they offered him was too low to do the job rightso he CHOSE to do it half assed? and in the meantime when the car breaks down again and damages other parts like my transmission ? he is again toying with both my SAFETY and LIVLIHOOD? heres a revolutionary idea? do your job right and STOP PUTTING PEOPLE IN HARMS WAY? this man is a criminal and should be arrested? ? AND OR FORCES TO SHUT DOWN HIS BUSSINESS? Regards, [redacted] ?

A new spindle nut was replaced only one timeSo he is correct that it was the same nut on both repairsOf course it had the same pink mark on it.The wheel hub was replaced the second time as was mentioned in the previous responseThe bearing failed because the wheel hub was probably weakened
after the new bearing was pressed onWe did not replace the wheel hub the first time because it visually looked in good shapeWe used the nut from the first job because it was still new and furthermore to replace it cost $and the customer was complaining about the cost of the job anyway. As far as I was concerned there was no problem afterwards with the bearing job, we never heard from him again and he paid only for the additional parts, not the laborFurthermore , how can he possibly be hearing what our parts supplier was saying on the phone!Concerning the differential workThe differential was NOT completely rebuiltSo of course there were parts that were never replaced and were reused again because they were fine and they were not removedOnly the spider gears were replaced, that was all that was needed to be doneThe total cost of the job was $and the customer paid only $because he submitted a warranty claim through Diamond Warranty CorpThat was the cost and work approved by the warranty companyAs was stated on our previous response, we never heard from him after two years and many miles from when the job was performed
