Review: I am pregnant and am receiving routine treatment at this office. Even though I have insurance, the doctors office did not process my claims for lab work correctly and I am continuing to get threatening letters that I owe money when I don't. The claim is for routine blood work which is covered under my Cigna insurance. I have been in contact with the office manager, [redacted] who I last contacted on 3/28/14, where I faxed the bills to be taken care of. I contacted Cigna today, who said no one has attempted to contact them regarding this bill. I told the manager if this wasn't taken care of and I continued to receive threatening letters (they will send me to collections) I would be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Claim settled with lab company (LabCorp) and no money owed. And for the doctors office to continue to do their job and process my future lab work properly through my insurance. I am due in a little over a month and I am unable to switch doctors now.
