Client's data from her hard drive was corrupted and could not be recovered. During the process no...
folders were locked and WestWorld does not keep client's iTunes accounts and password information on file.
We had attempted to contact the client by telephone and were unable to get a hold of her. An error was made with our service department when we did not contact her via email. Our staff has been made aware of company polices on responding to customer inquiries.
I have now been in contact with the client, and she will schedule a time to come into our store so that we may assist with locating her music files.
