They did not perform service and has not given me a refund in over a month
The initial contact with *** was efficient and professional He contacted us and asked us to send him pictures of the panels, which we did We hired him and he sent the proposal We scheduled the job to be done We gave him 50% deposit for the job When his tech arrived, they job could not be done due to the location of the hot water heater *** told us he would get in contact with his plumber to have the hot water heater relocated He never followed up, the work was never done and he is charging us $from the deposit we gave him when it was his fault for not doing an onsite inspection He also said the proposal he gave us would be substantially higher due to the location of the boxes He has taken advantage of us because he chose to not do an onsite inspection and accused my husband of intentionally not taking pictures of the room even though he never asked for any pictures other than the panels
