Hi, We spoke yesterday on the phone, I'm sending you my response in regards to complaint [redacted] [redacted] was not billed twice for the months of September and October She was signed up for two different monthly subscriptions In order to terminate a subscription you must come in and inform us immediately and sign paperwork to have the subscription terminated There is no record of this happening Also, she was not using her credit card for either of these monthly subscriptions it was a different individual's When she came in January and informed us of this issue we did explain she was signed up for two monthly subscriptions and terminated them immediately If you have any other questions feel free to contact meThank you, Mandy C [redacted] SrExecutive Administrative Assistantoffice - ###-###-#### [redacted] ***Wet & Wild Car Wash, LLC [redacted]
