Review: I purchased a $50.00 gift certificate for my husband to go "jet packing" on Smith Mountain Lake this past Christmas as a Christmas present. During that time, the owners were MORE THEN HAPPY to assist me when I wanted to send them money, however when we tried making an appointment to cash in the gift certificate, they would not answer calls, return voicemails, [redacted] messages or emails.
Additionally, I have email exchanges from the wife and I which I can forward.....In this email it states that I requested a full refund be made, her response was "I was going to...but not anymore since you gave me an attitude."Desired Settlement: Refund

Wet Connection has not had a bank account in two years, therefore we could not cash the money order. You should take your receipt back to where you purchased it to get your refund.
