To whom this may concern: This response is to complaint # [redacted] Our order numbers # [redacted] / [redacted] If you will see the attachment above; this attachment is on our ordering form on every single order that's placed online Even before we took orders online we always made customers go out to there vehicle prior to or while ordering our seat covers The reason why is some vehicles have similar seats but are divided up in series by the manufacturersSo an explorer xl has three different seats in that SUV and an XLT has different options in that seat In Mr [redacted] case he has a dodge ram which has different console configurations, besides different type of seat configurations and instead of going out to his truck and looking at which one he had; he guessed and he guessed wrong Our seat covers are made like a wedding dress Year, make, model, series- seat specificIn the colors and accessories the customer asks for We normally charge $for the console but because he said he liked the covers we decided to charge $and we shipped for free So that's why Wet Okole is not refunding his $ If he is unhappy with his seat covers he can send the whole set back and I will give him a complete refund with no restocking fee Any other questions please feel free to contact me at the number below [redacted] VP Wet Okole Hawaii Inc

*** mischaracterized the situationI did not guess as to what seat cover to orderThoroughly confused by the online ordering form, I called Wet Okole to seek advice on what would be the correct seat cover for my truckSo guided, I ordered the seat I was told was correct.I am not ecstatic about the seat covers, and I am appalled by the customer serviceIf Wet Okole will return the $I originally paid and the $I paid for the correct cover, I will gladly strip the covers off and return the covers immediately

So an explorer xl has three different seats in that SUV and an XLT has 4 different options in that seat.  In Mr.. [redacted] case he has a dodge ram which has 4 different console configurations, besides 3 different type of seat configurations and instead of going out to his truck and looking at which one he had; he guessed and he guessed wrong.  Our seat covers are made like a wedding dress.  Year, make, model, series- seat specific. In the colors and accessories the customer asks for.  We normally charge $60.00 for the console but because he said he liked the covers we decided to charge $25.00 and we shipped for free.  So that's why Wet Okole is not refunding his $25.00.  If he is unhappy with his seat covers he can send the whole set back and I will give him a complete refund with no restocking fee.  Any other questions please feel free to contact me at the number below. [redacted]VP Wet Okole Hawaii Inc.
