I have lived in my home for years and during that time have had water seepage problems less than times Additionally it only occurs when we receive more than inches of rain in a short period of time which doesn't happen very often However, with the upcoming forecast of a wetter than winter I decided to prepare for the worst I then researched my problem thoroughly and called some of the larger basement waterproofing companies Most were only able to come out for an estimate later in the week/month but one was able to come the next day Unfortunately, from my extensive research, their estimate was exorbitant and provided an "overkill" solution to alleviate my "occasional" basement water seepage problem and furthermore couldn't be started for a month I then called Wet Seal Shane came out the next day and customized an efficient solution that not only targeted my specific problem but also came at a very reasonable price Implementation occurred days later, was very fast and included a "test run" with a water hose to show me what to expect during the next hard rainThanks to Shane and his team I can now confidently say - let it rain, let it rain

These guys are amazing! Shane and his crew came out on new years day to squeeze me in before they got really busy, talk about dedication. Shane was very informative and honest about the work needing to be done to fix my water leaking issue, and all for a great price. They were very clean and left no mess. Now I can rest assured that I will have a dry basement. Wet Seal really does go above and beyond for their customers, I high recommend them.
