Our company had an appointment to winterize this clients propertyThe client was approached by a different company before the date we had set up with the client and client already got system winterized by the other company without canceling his appointment with our company So we had no way
of knowing it was fine until after hooking up our equipment to start performing the task, at that time the technician did notice that it appeared to already been doneThe client admitted he did not cancel appointment and was concerned about getting a bill I assured him we would not bill him for anything. (Our company is out the money for wasted trip to clients property, client did not cancel appointment) My technician states that there was no damage done to property. Anyone can do the research and confirm that irrigation systems are often winterized when residential clients are not home, That's one of the reasons the outdoor valves are there for Our building location does not have business hours, due to the fact we are out of the office/warehouse performing servicing to clients. We didn't do anything wrong and do not understand why client is upset We do not want to return to this property And according to our employee there is no damage to anything on this property Let our good report/ standing speak for itself on the quality of our work and our customer care Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
The company is lying. I contacted them to have them confirm their price since I had a large yard and they might have to charge more than a smaller one. They never contacted me after that. Prior to that they only said by phone that they'd put me on their schedule. Never a date was given . I waited almost three weeks when another company did the job correctly by coming into my garage when I was there and used the buttons on the controls to  activate each zone and blow out the water. They did a fine job. But Wet and Wild came over unannounced when I was not home and dug up my yard, broke the lid to my inground control box and manually turned each valve for the 8 zones. I talked to the person who did the job correctly and he told me they could have broken any one of these valves since the system was an older one. He said he never turns them manually to do the job for this very reason. I will not know if the system even works until next Spring of 2017. Then they failed to replace the protective plastic sheeting over the box and instead let 15 feet of it blow into my neighbors yard. Then they just put the broken cover back on the box, put the boards over the top and failed to return the decorative rock back in place. When I discovered their work I open it up and the box a had water and mud half full from the rain. That can corrode the electronics in the under ground box. I want them to come back next Spring and activate the system to see if it works correctly and fix any damage to the control box. And do this with no cost to me. Please see the attached pictures. the first one is before they came out and the rest is after.
