Review: About one month after I purchased my $750 stove/oven, my oven would stop igniting. It revolves around the keep warm feature. My product is still under warranty and they have been to my home 7 times in the last 5 months to fix it. 3 of the visits have been in the last 3 weeks. The service dept has been great but my oven is still not working. The service dept has been trying to get whirlpool to replace my Maytag range and they keep telling them fix it. I have had 3 control units put in, new ignitor, things shaved, etc. Wettsteins says they stand behind their product yet I keep having to call them to fix it.Desired Settlement: I want to come in and get a new oven. I will not accept a maytag again, I want wettsteins to allow me to exchange this oven for a different one that has the features I need that work.

Regarding complaint number #[redacted] assigned by your office, we have been working diligently with [redacted] to resolve her issue. This stove is under manufacturer's warranty through Whirlpool, d they have not authorized an exchange. We have sent a technician out to address her complaint multiple times, and we have forwarded all pertinent information to Whirlpool. Since this unit is under warranty any exchange must come through the manufacturcr, and they have not authorized us to do so at this time. Our service manager spoke with the manufacturer last week, and they were sending Mother servicer besides Wettstein's out to look at the Slave. He also spoke with [redacted] earlier this week to confinm that this was being done. Wettstein's has done everything possible to resolve the customer's complaint., but we are not authorized to exchange the unit; only the manufacturer can do so. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns about this matter.

The stove is still not working and its the same problem at this point we just want to exchange the stove for a new one.
