Thank you for your letter dated September 3, 2015 regarding a patients concerns arising from past visits to our nurse practitioner, [redacted]'s office. I was sorry to learn of their experiences and can appreciate their frustration. I can assure you that this is not the level of service we would...

wish to provide for our patients. An investigation of their concerns has been undertaken by administration and myself, [redacted], Practice Manager. The investigation will include a review of the patient's medical records, nurse's notes and an interview with all staff involved in their care. I will be also investigating patient flow involving customer service issues to make sure that the patients concerns are being addressed. I will provide an update via phone or letter to the patient within the next week of our findings and how we plan to address these issues. With that being said, I appreciate all of the patients concerns and want to thank you for taking the time to bring them to our attention. We welcome all patient feedback as this provides us with a valuable insight into our services from the patient's perspective and can help improve patient satisfaction with their primary care provider and their day to day care.
