Wetzel Notary Service

Review: I have already filed a complaint with the [redacted] State Police who are currently investigating. Purchase a used car & went to Wetzel Notary Service for our Notary services. All paperwork was filed that day and a check given for payment. I got a receipt that day as well. 2 months later I never received my new tags. Upon calling the DMV they stated they never received anything. I have called the Notary service once and the woman told me if there were any problems, she would call me back. Never heard anything back. I am tried for two weeks in a row now to call back but each week they change their voice mail box message to say they change the dates and saw they are out of the office that week. I have been unable to get in contact with them in approximately 1 month.Desired Settlement: State police have begun investigation.
