Review: I ordered a slipcover on 4/**/15. I have sent several e-mails and left phone messages to inquire about status of delivery of order and to change delivery address and have received no response. I have a receipt and confirmation of purchase.

Review: I purchased a couch cover from this business on May **. After the initial purchase confirmation email, I never heard from them again. I have tried contacting the company multiple times through email and phone calls. They never return any of my calls or respond to any of my email inquiries. My fiance was finally able to get a hold of them twice, and each time they promised that the order would be finished in two weeks, each time it was not finished in two weeks. On their website they say that orders will take up to three weeks to complete, it has now been three months. I have contacted my credit card company, and they are going to try to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back as I have yet to receive the product.
