I have had Campbell pest control as my exclusive pest control company for several yearsIn spring of I had them spray my interior as they always had beforeWithin days I was seeing more pests (spiders and ants) inside than I had before they sprayedI had them come out an additional two times, and on the second they informed me they the "'no bug' warranty really is not for bugs you see because you will still have pests after using our service"Needless to say I switched to a different company
I thought I was very happy with the job they done at my house for termite treatment but I have to say weeks later I am very disappointed and angry The termites have gotten worse I have called 3-times always getting the same answer you need to wait 30-daysWe hung a Walmart bag over our fan in the bathroom and in less tha a hour we had probably a or more swarmers in the bag At this rate we won't have a house leftI left a very positive review for them but I am taking back everything I said except one thing that the two young men who came out was very nice But the company I would not recommend
I just want to thank Levi and David from Campbell pest controlThey are awsome young men and did a great job Our house is very old and of course termites but these young men came to our rescue Thank you both so very much I would highly recommend them
I just purchased a home and had Campbell Pest Control come out to spray for fleas and other household bugs. I was told by [redacted] that the tech's will go in with a backpack to hold the chemicals and will go into the house including the attic and any crawlspace. The appointment was for 5pm on 8/22/16. The tech called that morning and left a message asking to come out earlier (but didn't have the right name so I thought it was a wrong number) . But we were not available until later (which was why the appt was made for 5PM). The tech called again after 3pm asking to come out earlier so I met him at the house just before 5pm. The tech still didn't have the right name, even though this was spelled and repeated several times when the appt was made, and my name is not complicated. He had no idea what was requested for the service call so again it was stated to spray inside the home, crawlspace, attic and outer perimeter. He said no one could be there while he sprayed and that we had to stay out of the house for 4 hours. He was done and gone in 20 MINUTES, hard to believe that it only took 20 mins to spray a 2700 sq ft home and crawlspace and attic. None of the bugs outside were reduced or eliminated and there were more inside than before. Called on 8/29/16 to have someone else come back out to complete the job and the soonest appt was 9/7 at 2pm. On 9/6, the afternoon before the appt, someone called to reschedule and said that their next appt was 9/14/16, which I said was unacceptable since the job was not done the first time and I had already paid. The appt stayed on 9/7 and was for 11am, and I was told that it was NOT with the same person who came out the first time. The tech called at 10AM on 9/7 asking to come out early because he had no other appts for the day, so I went over to the house again. IT WAS THE SAME GUY THAT WAS THERE THE FIRST TIME! He then said that he does NOT go in to spray crawlspaces or attics but had a machine that fogs (?) that he could use. After this second poor attempt, I will be contacting them again later today. They were highly recommended, but I can't say that I would recommend them to ANYONE.
