Never received my item, did not get a person on the phone to talk to, all emails to them are "failure to send", they have a random name *** on their paypal charge.

I put an order in for InfinitiPro by Conair Hair Dryer in Rose Gold Chrome on June 10th. A package came that was addressed to someone that is not at this address so I refused the package. I emailed the email address I have on file from my order and have got no reply if I will be sent a new package that will actually be addressed to me or if I will be receiving a refund. Then I tried to send an email through their webpage and it conveniently never goes through. I have still never received my order.
Total ***. 8 weeks later have not received zero water filters. Emails returned undeliverable. Phone calls go to generic voicemail. Telephones never answered. Charged immediately. No communication and no product. Do not do business unless you have time and money to waste.
Via Ebay, I ordered a Ninja Bullet blender from:We Warehouse (Marina Lopez) on 6/2/20; 142 Alan Ct. Vallego CA/Solano County *** - $51.85. Address is a $500K + residential home. The money was taken from my account by: Pay Pal
I placed an order through paypal, then had a question. I called the phone number listed at the top of the page, it just said to leave a message. It did not answer with "Wewarehouse". So I sent emails. They did not get delivered. Then I looked my paypal account, and the money was being sent to a name and not "WeWarehouse". So I requested a refund from PayPal. Les then a week later, my item arrived! However, I cannot get it to work correctly, and I am afraid to send it back. Oh well, I will stick to *** and *** for safety reasons. But I did receive my item and the outside of the box says "Bed Bath and Beyond".
This company is a total scam. I ordered a toaster, they took my money, and delivered it to an incorrect address -- in an entirely different State. The e-mail is invalid, the customer service link is not functioning, and they have a Google-voice recorder, and no one answers the phone. Someone needs to regulate this company.
I placed an order with this company, and never received my item. All inquires to their email came back as not able to reach seller. I am now in dispute with them to get my money back through Paypal. Do not order from this site, it is a huge scam.
I ordered...and was charged for a product that has yet to arrive. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times and no one has yet to rerun my calls or emails. The phone # for the company never connects to a person...you always have to leave a message and still...no return calls.
