It only collect the money and didn't provide any service. I have COBra with them which paid total over $800 (company and my premium). they didn't show any insurance information on the web portal and asked to to contact my insurance companies by giving me the phone number. I have paid in full on Nov 18th from record, they said it takes up to 15 day to effect. now I have checked my vison in VSP website, it still inactive today (Dec 12th, 2022). I called them again, this time I even can't reach them.
My phone is on music for more than 20 minutes.

In this COVID session, how a health insurance can't activate insurance for such long time. I can't image if a patient got laid off and the patient need immediate care since.

Hope the company improve their process, Don't put patient in danger.
(don't submit the active requests on workday, why dare they can ignore weekend without doing nothing? also I don't understand who gives them (allow them) to use 15 days to process the insurance?!)
