This is not how I thought WEX would be after being a loyal customer, and getting my card stolenI do not recall receiving the affidavit to be filled out, or I would have done thatAsking me to file a police report when I was already in my home town after the fact I noticed my card was stolen is ridiculousI am running a business and have no time to drive 5+ hours away for something that probably would get denied any wayBeing a loyal customer I would hope a good successful business would understand my standpoint being a business owner as wellHowever that is not the case hereA card gets stolen, racks up unnecessary charges, and said business owner is forced to pay them just to save business credit from being jeopardizedI am in such shock at the way I am continuing to be treated over something that was clearly fraudulentI do hope this issue can be rectified, however as of now, it is not I am an angry business owner who will not be referring any other business owners to WEX fleet services from now onThanks.

Ms*** on behalf of her company maintained a commercial charge card account with WEX Bank. WEX investigated the claims made by Ms*** and has credited her account for the charges that were applied after the request was made to terminate the account. WEX will also correct any credit
reporting that was submitted on her account. If further assistance is needed, she may contact WEX directly

We are in receipt of this complaint and are researching the claims. WEX provides commercial charge cards and under the terms of our commercial credit agreement, customers are responsible for charges prior to notifying WEX that a card may be lost or stolen. However we take customer
complaints seriously and are reviewing the matter and will provide a more detailed response as soon as further information is available

Mr***'s company, ** *** held a commercial charge card account with WEX Bank. After a thorough review, we are unable to confirm all of the contact points provided by Mr***, however, as a good faith gesture we will be providing ** *** with a waiver of their
late fees resulting in a refund of $150.00. Should the company have further questions, they should contact WEX directly

It has been weeks since WEX responded to our complaint and has made no attempt to contact us in any way. Again, we are asking for be released from our contract with them as they continue to bill us for services which is not working. We are hoping they will agree to this option so we do not have to take legal action against them for breech of contract

This company has a commercial credit agreement with WEX Bank for the provision of fleet fuel cards.  We did an account review and in fact have found that the customer has repeatedly paid late and WEX has attempted to be accommodating and waive a number of these fees.  However, the payment...

in question was also made late as it was done by phone after the cut off time to have a payment process the same day (after 3:30 p.m.).  Because the customer has already received numerous waivers, WEX Bank declined to waive the fee again as the customer has been provided with their credit terms which clearly state how many days the customer has to pay their invoices in addition to making sure that payment is sent in time to allow for processing. If there are further questions or additional information is needed, please let us know.

We explained to WEX the circumstances, and they did not care. All they cared about what charging me for the fees on a stolen card. I submitted all the documentation they requested, and still not good enough. For one, they even let the card exceed the credit limit. It was obvious it was fraudulent.

Mr. [redacted]'s company had a commercial fleet card with WEX Bank.  I did confirm that the account was closed and in fact the remaining balance of his security deposit ($1800) had already been returned to him.  This was in process at the time the complaint was filed.  As a general...

rule, WEX will hold security funds for a short period of time following the closure of an account to be sure that all authorized transactions have been cleared before returning the deposit.  If there are any additional questions, please let us know.

Mr. [redacted]'s company maintained a commercial fleet charge card with WEX Bank.  The company disputed a bill in the amount of $704.67.  WEX policy requires that when a dispute is filed that the company file either a police report or complete an affidavit (one was provided to Mr. [redacted]) which set forth the facts and circumstances of the disputed claim.  Mr. [redacted] did not complete either the affidavit or file a police report with WEX Bank and therefore the investigation was closed and the charges in dispute were not credited to his account.Our cards require the use of a driver identification number and the driver must insert the vehicle's odometer in order to make a transaction using the card.  Based on our preliminary investigation on the facts provided by Mr. [redacted], there were no attempts to guess at the driver identification number and the odometer numbers inputted at the time of the transaction were in line with prior purchase activity.  Given that there were no attempts at guessing the DIN, we determined on the facts presented the purchases were made by an authorized user of the account and therefore, did not apply a credit.   Under the terms of our credit agreement, the use of a card with a valid driver identification number is deemed a valid transaction of the company. Mr. [redacted] refused to provide an affidavit and did not provide any further facts to support a different conclusion to our preliminary investigation as requested.Please let us know if there are additional questions regarding this matter.

This matter was related to a dispute of fraudulent charges on the company's account.  The WEX Fraud department worked with the customer to review the charges and it was determined that these transactions were the result of a counterfeit card.  WEX has provided the company with a credit for...

WEX will be reaching out to the custoemr to reach a resolution to this issue.  Our records indicate that 8 of the 13 units are currently operational and a service call was placed by the customer for one of the remaining 5 units in question.  We hope to reslove this issue to mutual...
