Company contacted me offering me a loan with terms I met the terms and then the 'lender? backed out of contract and I requested a refund They will not respond to emails or return my calls in reference to my refund. To whom it may concern, I have been trying to repair my credit, I reached out to Wexford lending group, *** ext *** had told me I was approved, for the *** that I needed. I researched them they seemed to be real. I spoke with her several times she told me the lender required a collateral payment and that this *** would go towards my first 3 months payment s I was concerned at first, but she convinced me that it would be find and that the money would be in my acct the next business day. Well I western unioned the *** plus *** to send it. Gave her the info she said she would call me the next day at 1230, she didn't I called her and she said the lender has looked at your credit and he feels that you should send another *** collateral and after that we will secure the loan, well I went off after the talk I had with her the other day not to mention my car was totalled the day I sent this money and they scammed me. I told her I wanted my money back asap, she said I have to wait 25 to 30 business days. I get paid monthly I have *** left to my name for the rest of the month I explained to her she said I would have to wait. I told her I was reporting her and she hung up on me. I don't know what to do next, can you please help me some how. Thankyou.
