There have been numerous emails back and forth with customer Early on he he gave us a different card number to issue the credit to We have since corrected the issue and credited the card number that was originally charges for the expense According to our merchant services provider, he should see the credit in to business days

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolvedIn summary, 1) Handyman Matters was hired to do bathroom work at my home in [redacted] ** 2) The work was done on 9/31, 10/and 10/4, but there was issues with the work done as well as the skill level of the worker sent and the time he reported and invoiced, in addition to ending up more than double the original estimate with no intermediate estimate of additional work being provided to me and as required by their advertised policies.3) Handyman Matters was provided a work log and informed about the issues soon after the work was done.4) With no response to the information other than to charge my card, a complaint was opened with Revdex.com.5) After additional discussions, Handyman matters agreed to refund a portion of the charge (652.50) on 10/6) The original credit card to which the invoice was charged was lost and cancelled by the card company (before the refund agreement with Handyman Matters) The card was still open for credit7) Since Handyman Matters indicated that they do not store card information, and I did not have the lost card information with me as well, an alternate replacement card was provided to Handyman Matters for the refund which I was told was made on 10/24.8) Eventually refund was made to the original card and is now posted to my account.My thanks to Revdex.com for assisting with this matter and having it resolved Regards, [redacted]

Mr *** *** offered to refund me the amount of $on 10/21/even before the response to this complaint which I accepted as a fair solution to the multiple issues that took place and those that I have listed in my original complaint. In an email Mr *** claimed to have made the refund of $to my credit card on 10/24/It is now more than days from the date that the said refund is to have taken place and I do not see such a refund on my credit cardI have talked to my card company and they have not seen such a refund as well to date and the maximum wait time for refunds processing they set is daysI can only conclude that the said refund did not take place from Hanyman Matters for whatever reason I want to restate that the proposed solution is acceptable if it indeed does take place and I get the refund that is mentioned by Mr ***.Regards, *** ***

Thank you for the chance to clarify this situation.  I had several discussions with Mr. [redacted] regarding our billing standards, the work we did for him and his complaint that we incorrectly billed him.  Despite the fact that the detailed log of our time that he provided, supported our...

invoice, we agreed to give him a credit for 7.25 hours ($652.50) which was the full amount that he was requesting.  To the best of my knowledge the customer is satisfied with the resolution.
