Today is July 9thJamies has not come over or called since July 1, I called him this morning and he said he MIGHT be here on MondayNo promisesI do not understand why he wont finish the fence....unless he spent the money on something elseI will post again if and when he shows

HiThanks for your swift response.If only the contractor was as fast.He showed up today finally and took the old fence down and started the posts.I will allow him to build the fence but he cannot work on my home as he is not a licenced contractor...I called the larimer county permit office and he is not on the list of Licenced Contractors I know from other estimates that the amount I have already given him ($11,000.00) will more than cover the fence and gates. He finally showed up on Monday and took down most of the old fence On Tuesday he cemented a few posts in and came back today to finish cementing the posts although he missed an area that gets posts. He will not have my fence done by Friday the 3rd as is what he verbally agreed to after not starting on June 19th as promised. I am still not going to let him touch my house as he has not been truthful with me. No drawings no plans just shooting from the hip and wants me to trust all will turn out as I specified in the beginning. I will post the progress and any more requests for money from him. He asked to borrow some of my tools and I am not comfortable with that. Thank you. [redacted]
