I am rejecting this response because: How could I be satisfied after being lied to repeatedly? The circumstances in the business' reply were never shared with me. I only received whatever excuses the sales staff, title/tag department and finance could muster up at the time. They had their money and they didn't care about meeting their commitments. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and it will be the last. I have received the tag and registration, but I am in no way satisfied with their customer service practices.

Friday September 29th to advise that I would be granted a full refund. I did visit the business Friday September 29th and was directed to the cashier to process the refund. I was advised that this can take 24 to 48 hours to update into my account. Though the funds have not yet posted to my account I was provided a refund receipt and will continue monitoring my account in regards to the posting of the funds.
