I am rejecting this response because:
It seems like there is major confusion and/or difference of opinions on the events that transpired over the course of my home additionThe RICO complaint I filed ended in a warning letter being issued by RICO to WendellI used the $Wendell gave me to purchase better paint and better wood for the window sills that were severely warpedIn addition, I also had to replace two of the window jalousie cranks since the originals were frozen shut.
The reason I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com was because I was appalled when I found out that Wendell is not a licensed roofing contractor, even though he convinced me to contract him to redo our existing roof

I am rejecting this response because:
Wendell G[redacted] (W G Construction) says that he does not provide a lifetime warranty, and I want to assure you that I am not requesting a lifetime warranty. What I am requesting is that a contractor stand behind the work they do. If it's poor workmanship, fix it. If it's beyond your scope/skill, sub-contract it out to someone who can truly fix the problem. This response if par for the course with Wendell. He likes to blame the homeowner for waiting too long and wash his hands of any wrongdoing; however, I brought up these issues with him within the warranty period of one year. It seems like he only took me seriously and responded when I threatened to file a complaint with RICO (Regulated Industries Complaints Office). The warping roof that trapped water underneath it was reported on December 30, 2009. That contract for that rood was signed on November 4, 2009. Sorry, but that is a little under 2 months. We paid Wendell $7,300 to apply [redacted] to the existing roof. After filing a complaint to RICO, it came to my attention that Wendell/ W G Construction is not a licensed roofer. He should never had solicited us to go with his company for the additional job of applying the [redacted] to the existing roof. We were going with another complany, but Wendell convinced us to go with him because if anything were to go wrong, it would all fall under him. After filing the complaint with RICO, Wendell paid me $500. This is a drop in the bucket compared to the $7,300 I paid for a bad roof. If you do a search for W G Construction using the website, http://web.dcca.hawaii.gov/RICO/RICO_RCNT_NAMES/ShowRICO_RCNT_NAMESTable.aspx y... will see that my case, CLB 2014-0360L was not "Settled" as Wendell is claiming. The result of that complaint was that W G Construction was issued a warning letter because he did work beyond his scope. In addition, there is another complaint from another person that is currently being investigated by the state.  
The information I provided above was just for the roof. I could go on about the windows, electrical, and plumbing issues- all of which came up WITHIN the first year. Yes, Wendell and some of his crew did come out to "fix" the issues, but they were NEVER "fixed". Just because time passes by does not excuse problems that arose within the first year. 
Lessons learned from this whole experience: 1. Check references of contractors you are considering. 2. Run checks on the licenses and make sure that they are licensed for every aspect of the job. 3. Keep all correspondence and document everything (you can't trust people just because they seem genuine).

should not wait after  years to have the contractor
address the problem in your home. Our company or other company in the
industry does not provide lifetime warranty. If your concern was that
serious you should have not waited all those years so we could satisfy
your concern. We are verry accommodating from all those years even when the warranty laps. You also had mention back then that you had hired someone to fix your problem and you wanted us to refund you what you spend, we were asking for the receipt but you could not provide us. You had agree to help you by asking us a amount and you settled it by that amount that you wanted We paid you per your demand.  Mr [redacted], I don't understand why you have an issue with our company again after 6 years.  Just to remind you again you had settled this....
