October 30th, 2015Dear *** ***,I am in receipt of your letter dated October 8th however only received on October 29th due to moving and changing of address as our mail is being forwarded to new address.I would like to start by saying that WGM Transportation, Inc., is a taxi company also
called a “call and demand service” which means just that when a customer calls we send our next available cabMonths back we extended a reservation service to our regular customers, however please keep in mind that reservations are something that we do not have to doJust so you are aware reservations must be made a minimum of four (4) hours in advanceWhen a customer calls for a reservation they are told that if you must cancel your reservation you must do so within one hour or more prior to that reservation or the reservation convenience will no longer to available to you.The customer that filed this complaint made a reservation for Tuesday, September for 8am the night beforeOur taxis are always early for reservations and the meter starts exactly at the time their reservation request was madeSo at 8am the meter startedThe customer came out of their residence minutes after their reservation time and cancelled the cabAt this time the amount of $was on the meter but the customer did not care that the driver was sitting there meter runningIt wasn't until after the dispatcher called the customer that they can outIt is my feeling that they were just going to blow the driver offTherefore, this customers reservation requests will no longer be honored.With no disrespect to you I have to say I find it funny that the customer took the time to write a complaint but couldn't take the time to pick up the phone and cancel the reservation and then to let the driver sit out there an additional minutes is rather rude.Just so you are aware and hopefully understand this is a business that serves customers, serious customersThe driver lost time and money waiting for this customer that did not follow through with their reservationAlso, this set the driver behind for the next call.Again, the customer was informed and agreed to the conditions of the reservations that were set forth as this customer has had reservations in the past but this time dropped the ball and now is filing a formal complaint with your agency.I wish you could physically come into my office take phone calls and listen to the way people speak to my dispatchers and drivers as if they were the lowest form of beings on EarthBlatantly this is another disrespectful way a customer can treat a driver and/or the companyWe do not wish to do business with customers with this mentalityIf this customer is not happy with the out come than there are other transportation companies in his area that I am sure will be more than happy to transport.I am sorry if you do not like or disagree with my honesty but again I have a business to run, one that is professional, honest, safe and efficientThank you for your time and hopefully understanding in this matter.Very truly yours,CHRISTINA M

I am rejecting this response because:
The following complaint they have on file is completely false. It amazes me how they came to this conclusion. If all they wanted was $5 for this supposedly ran meter than how come when I called to schedule a taxi come 10/7 and asked why I was put on a no pick up list no one had an answer then. Exactly if I called and scheduled cabs in the past and was able to keep my reservation, or cancel if need be which I don't ever remember cancelling not even once, why would I be complaining. Not once was I rude or disrespectful to your dispatchers, I wasn't even rude the night he said that I was put on a no pick up list, he was the one that was very rude and completely unprofessional when I asked why and if there was a supervisor I could speak to. Yes, my complaint is to the company but it's really geared towards that individual. So I absolutely do not accept this business response because it is completely false. But for whomever wrote their business response, they too need to look deeper into this matter because obviously someone isn't being truthful on their end in the matter.
