Custom railing ordered and deposit given in Oct 2014. Delivery and installation promised in 6 to 7 weeks. Product not received as of July 29, 2015.Curved wright iron hand rails with left and right steps rails on both ends in flat black was ordered from [redacted] of WGSS Fence Gates N Rails October 22, 2014. The required 60% deposit in the amount of $1,268.46 was paid by check at that time and the check was cashed. I started calling and sending emails to Mr. [redacted] on a regular basis beginning in January 2015 to confirm a delivery date with no response until April when he promised the railing would be installed by Easter. I have not heard from him since that time and have tried to reach him by phone three to four times a week. It has now been 9 months with no railing and my deposit has not been returned.Desired SettlementI would like for my deposit of $1,268.19 to be returned.
