this location has had no contact whatsoever with the complaining party and/or any connection to the events surrounding the allegations within the complaint. The reason for this discrepancy is unclear. However, I have taken the time to review this matter internally arid have determined that the complaining party ([redacted]) is not a customer of [redacted]. [redacted] has no business or contractual relationship with [redacted]. If [redacted] received grease for disposal from a third party and the third party did not pay [redacted], [redacted]' claim is with the third party, not [redacted]. If the third party is making a false claim that [redacted] hired such party to dump [redacted]'s grease at [redacted], the dispute is with the third party making the false claim, not [redacted]. If the third party at issue is [redacted], [redacted] has no responsibility for the outstanding balance. [redacted] has used [redacted]'s services, but only as an independent contractor In that capacity, [redacted] provides services to [redacted] for a fee. This arrangement does not include reimbursement to [redacted] for grease dumping fees owed to the receiving facility (here, [redacted]), nor does it include an obligation to pay the receiving facility's account for grease [redacted] disposes. [redacted] does not control where [redacted]s disposes of the grease nor does [redacted] assume arty obligation for any associated disposal fees incurred. Therefore, if the third party at issue is [redacted], any obligation regarding the outstanding balance rests solely with [redacted].
