To Whom It May Concern;I am writing in response to your letter that I received today regarding Mr*** *** and his complaintAftertalking with our Service Manager John G*** and looking at our records Mr*** had his tires balanced at ourfacility on January 26, Mr*** called our
service department in April to state that he had an issue withhis vehicleWe advised him to bring the vehicle in for us to look at, at which time Mr*** informed us that healready had the weights taken off of his vehicle and demanded a refundSince we are unable to verify customer'scomplaint and there is no way to tell if the customer had hit anything in order to cause an issue with his alignmentand due to the length of time from service to complaint, a refund was deniedAt which time the customer Mr.*** became combative on the phone and threatened our service manager with bodily harm causing themanager to hang up the phoneMrG*** our service manager immediately reported the incident to MrGeorgeW***, President and emailed General Motors of the matter.On a side note, there is no employee here by the name of *** *** nor can we test drive a vehicle at the rate ofspeed indicated by the customer due to the fact it's over the legal speed limit.I hope this satisfies your department and any further questions please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### orby mail.Thank you.Sincerely,Kelly B***Office ManagerWhalen Chevrolet, Inc
