Communication was made to [redacted] County and a refund check was printed 12-28-and mailed 12-29-and cleared our bank 1-10- I have spoken to the individuals who where the first to address this situation They now understand that they did not follow the procedures of this particular policy We refunded the amount as soon as we were made aware of the double payment by the court
