Jason *** Sales representative for Whaley Computer is by far the worst I've ever dealt withAfter placing an order through my daughters school chromebook purchase plan and Jason was the listed sales rep, I left a message for him on his cell phoneNext day came and went with no return phone callAfter a total of voicemails and one message left with his in office woman, I tried one more time(Mind you they've already charged my credit card)I finally get through to him and he tells me there is NO order for me, and the info the school gave me on a protection plan for the computer was incorrect and not available to usAfter further research on the website, it is in fact available for purchaseJason, is collecting commissions for any chromebook parents order through our school distric and he doesn't deserve one penny of itBetween the lack of return phone calls, the misinformation on protection plan, and telling me even though Whaley computers had charged my card, their was NO order for meStay far away from him and possibly the company itself!
