I had an intermittent leak coming from my kitchen ceiling that I couldn't track down I called my home warranty company, and they referred a few different plumbers, each of which (once they saw it would be a tough job just to find the leak) either said it wasn't a plumbing leak (blaming the roof, or the AC), or that they didn't have the right equipment to find it Then, finally, my home warranty company contacted Rooterman and they sent Bryan out He looked carefully, and even when he tracked the leak to what seemed to be an external beam, he got into the attic and found a crawl space on the other side in which someone had run some plumbing through an uninsulated area He found TWO leaks in the crawl space, and when my home warranty company told him to just open up my kitchen ceiling to work on it (cheaper for the warranty, because they don't repair my ceiling and the plumber can finish quicker), because, he insisted that the crawl space had room to work in and refused to let them ruin my kitchen ceiling to save themselves a few bucks It was a difficult space to check and even more difficult to work with, but he did a great job, and did it cheerfully He even cleaned all my fixtures after for sediment that shook loose when we drained the system (a big job in a three-story home with dozens of fixtures) I would highly recommend Rooterman, and Bryan in particular!

After having all our counter-tops replaced we needed all our faucets and sinks re-installed They worked with us to ensure we were not without water for even one day!
This required some flexibility as the install of the new granite did not happen in the time frame that we needed
