We are sorry there was such a misunderstanding and that you and [redacted] did not properly understand the rules We were never notified that there would be three adults, three children, and two dogs moving in with you and ***As for the repairs you have mentioned, you nor [redacted] would allow us in the yard and certainly not in the house to see what needed repaired without screaming and berating us We never asked you and [redacted] to leave, we did however tell you that the extra occupants could not stay If you feel being told they had to leave was harassment and mistreatment we apologize

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: every bit of their statement is and I have witnesses to that fact many of themWhich they in turned kicked out for helping us moveFurthermore we had company for one week and they were greatly misinformed by their daughter that our company was living thereIt makes me sad they lie and try to cover their backend with these liesNo one was moving in with us ever they were leaving on that Monday regurdless but the owners are ignorant and rudeMy husband and I followed the rules and had permission for guest by thier daughter but I asume she in fact did not talk to her parents even though she is supposedly their managementAs for the repairs they never would come and fix any thing my husband and I did most all of the repairs our selves We even paid for some of the material they did supply the bath tub when it broke but we did the labor and them saying we wouldn't let them over is a complete lie until that Sunday their daughter shined her tail she and her son were over at my house every night and the whole family was at every cookout and get together I have pictures to prove all of thisBut it is of no matter we are gone and better off for leaving such a placeWho needs enimies wit frinds lIke these is an understatmentPerhaps if they were adults and would have come talked properly to me instead of jumping the gun as they did and asuming what their "management" had told them was the truth which was not they would have know no one lived with us and was leaving as discussed with them on that very dayEither way I wish them luck maybe God will see through their awful ways
