what a guy auto sales

I purchased a2007 dodge caliber used vehicle from what a guy auto on state street schenectady ny on feb 28th 2012. I believe I may be a victim of auto fraud. I had asked for a car fax from the sales person before I purchased it he said he would have it ready for me when I got there with the check, I never ended up getting it I think we both forgot about it . at least I did . I dont know if he was withholding it. after I purchased the vehicle around march 15th 2012 I had suspicion that the car had been in an accident as well as many other major problems. all of which I told them . I realized I did not get the car fax so I asked for it again. I dropped the car off with a written list of problems /complaints. dealer says ok il take to a chrysler dealer and they will look at it . didnt give me any answers to the other problems on the list that didnt involve mechanic work. I asked for the car fax. he brought it out and it showed a report of an accident that the vehicle I purchased hit another vehicle on the left side. I was not made aware of any accident or vehicle history and I did request a car fax which sales person said he would have for me. I told this to the dealer and mentioned that I would contact the Revdex.com and he said were done here have your attorney contact mine . I have no attorney. he didnt take my car to be looked at like he said and I have no idea what to do can you please help me ?
