I paid for a $12 car wash - I entered the wash and it told me to exit w/o washing the car. No one there to ask. No one answers the phone.

I pulled into the Whatawash automatic car wash (middle bay) located on 10th Street in Jeffersonville, IN at 8:37 am and chose the Ultimate wash for $12 and paid for it with my VISA. The green light came on for me to proceed into the wash. Then immediately after entering a buzzer sound and light told me to exit without washing the car. No one was there at the car wash managing it. No phone number was posted. At 9:05 a.m. I looked up their number online and called it. No one answers the phone. This company owes me a refund.
