WHEREAS: 1.What Key Auto Sales, Ltd. (#29736) (the “Dealer”) is a “registered motor dealer” as defined under the Motor Dealer ActR.S.B.C. 1996 c. 316 (“MDA”).2.The “Registrar of Motor Dealers” (“Registrar”), as defined under the MDA, is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the MDA, its regulations and prescribed provisions of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection ActS.B.C. 2004 c. 2 (the “BPCPA”)3.The Registrar has investigated and received information that: i.The Dealer has misled consumers as to the nature, circumstances, and condition of motor vehicles in respect of the sale of those motor vehicles; ii.Advertised motor vehicles for sale at a price lower on-line than the price advertised on the vehicle, at the Dealer’s lot;iii.Failed to register and pay for warrantees, purchased by consumers in respect of the sale of motor vehicles; and iv.The Dealer has offered a vehicle for sale, which did not comply with the Motor Vehicle Act R.S.B.C. 1996 c. 318 (“MVA”).4.The Registrar asserts that the Dealer has contravened the following provisions of the MDA, BPCPA, and MVA:

Went to What key to find a used family size vehicle Do not talk with Tony he will try to sell you anything even when he knows it is unsafe to driveWe looked at Buick RendivousIt had good milage so went to get inspected at the Buick dealership just off the langley by-passThey cut the inspection short when they tried putting the car up on the hoist and part of the frame fell off in there handsThe frame and undercaiage was so rusted they marked it unsafe to driveI call Tony and tell him was unsafe to drive and to pick us up mindrive so we can get back to our car as my year old son was with me and the Buick dealership, who advised me not to put my son back in that carHe refused to help us, left us stranded with his dud car and would not take any responciblity for the cost of the inspectionHe had [redacted] to us telling us an older couple came to trade it in, later saying he had only worked there months and had know idea where that car came fromThe nice people at the inspection place drove us back, and showed tony by literally putting there hand right through the floor that it was rusted outTony still tryied to get me to buy it and when I said that car was unsafe to drive continued to get me into another saleIt was horriable a total disreguard for my safety and that of my son, very clear they will do anything for a sale with no morals at all
