satisfactory to me.   I contacted my bank today to verify that they had been refunded the $640.75.   They have been refunded, but the merchant has until August 21st to dispute the claim.   Thank you so much for your immediate attention to this matter and getting this resolved on my behalf.

We have already been charged back from our credit card company.  I believe she has been refunded.  My account was charged back on July 28.
