I am rejecting this response because:No verbal authorization was ever given to swipe my card times. I was forced to sign another contract even though the original one was still in affect with an increase from $to $but the 2ns contract states $60.55.I was forced to bring up to date the amount owed even after requesting a medical freeze since the medication I was on during surgery-would not allow tanning. After I brought it up to date. I was charged more times then when I asked for the money back the owner started adding a bunch of charges after the multiple swipes saying I owed more than I did. I didn't want to cancel the contract but she was so aggressive with dealing with her error - I couldn't find myself to continue business and feared her having my debit and credit card.I did everything I was asked, they made the mistake. The money was taken on 3/and returned 3/with many rude explosive phone calls from owner. I did nothing but do what I was asked and the owner has failed to keep good business practices after making the error. After all this, I was charged another month in the amount of $for April with the explanation it takes days to stop electronic payments. I do not know when I can expect to see the reversal. I do not know why its $when my contract with expiration date of 4/30/15 says $49.I have had to pay to have her account blocked from being able to charge my debit card and now dealing with credit card company due to her multiple transactions that were not authorized
