What's Cheaper

Hello, We have previously responded to this complaint and to the person directly. He never did purchase from us. We simply cancelled the transaction before it was even processed. His credit card was never charged and therefore this complaint should be closed as his desired
resolution was done as he was never charged anything.Here is a copy of the email we sent him:Hello,We received a Revdex.com complaint from you today saying in part that you are going to decline your credit card.We are very sorry to hear that you found us in error. As our website mentions, we have hours to cancel a booking. You could simply have either called us, or emailed us to cancel this without any problem and we would have done so Immediately. We are glad that the Revdex.com sent us the complaint so that we are able to do what we would have done for you.Your reservation is cancelled, your card has NOT been charged, and you are welcome to go back online and rebook with the airline directly or anyone for that reason.Best Regards,Whatscheaper.com We sell tickets for most airlines in the world on our site. Even though this person wanted ***, he may have found a better fare on our site. His ticket was traveling international and he selected a price from our website that included multiple airlines. I highly suspect the price he obtained from us was most likely lower than dealing with the airline directly, nonetheless we have cancelled his booking with us and hope that he finds what he wants elsewhere
