I ordered 2 nail kits (which from their website when I purchased said it included cat eye gel nail polish, nail tips, and a magnet at the very least) and now they have it taken off their website for comparison. When I click on my receipt in the email to go to that product it is non existant. So when I received the package after 3 months of waiting, I only got 2 cat eye gel nail containers (which weren't even the colors I had originally purchased, and I can prove that one). I have emailed them multiple times with my concerns, I have sent pictures and they are going out of their way to completely ignore the situation.

I have placed an order over 2 months ago with a company called whateveryoubuy. I have tried many times to contact them but you can only contact them by email. There is no telephone number for customer service. That have not responded to my concern.

Order 3 items over 3 weeks ago got a false tracking number can not get a response out customer support try to get refund no response went by emails no response no phone to call nothing

I placed an order with this company on April 9th 2020. I have sent 3 to 4 emails concerning my order & where it is at? I've yet to receive any response from the company. I currently use the app Arrive which gives me the exact location of where my ordered item is located. So it shows me each & every step of the process of my delivery. It's been saying the same information for over 20 days. It is frustrating to me that their company refuses to give me the courtesy an acknowledge me as their customer who would have continued to buy many more items from them had they done business in the proper manner. I understand that we are going thru a crisis, with the covid 19 coronavirus affecting our entire world at this time. However the company has sent me ridiculous amounts of emails to purchase more items from them. They have flooded my email with products that they carry but not 1 single response to where my item may be at. Not one email responding to my emails. At this point I am beginning to feel like they stole my money and have no real intentions of sending me my item. I've ordered so many things since this pandemic has been going on & I've actually received everything in a very timely manner from every other company besides this company

placed order April 13, 2020. received email on April 23rd saying order was on the way. have not received. won't answer email.

Item ordered, never received. Upon first attempt to contact seller on 4/14/20 and request a refund after promised delivery date passed on 4/12/20 I was told on 4/18/20 the item is in transit. Second contact attempt 4/28/20 I was told on 5/4/20 I would receive no refund as item is in transit. The company has sent several spam emails since the original purchase despite my opting out. This was a mistake and scam I would like to be free from.

I ordered items from this website in January and still have not received any product. I have emailed them and when they did respond they said I couldn't cancel the order per their "guidelines" on their site. I have looked and they have no such guidelines listed anywhere. Also, in my research tons of people are in the same boat and have not gotten any products. The address listed on their site and here don't even exist.

I ordered 2 Messy Rose Bun hair pieces on 1/12/2020. I communicated with the company on 1/29 & again on 2/14. I said the product is taking way to long to be delivered, & want a refund at this point.. I was told the product had left the warehouse & so I couldn’t get a refund. I just wrote to them today 3/13/2020, & said I would be contacting the Revdex.com out of frustration.

I had purchased an item back in January. I have messaged them several times about the whereabouts of the item I purchased. I keep getting fake tracking numbers and they continue to keep messaging me the same response. I kindly asked for a refund and have not heard back from them since.

I have contacted company numerous email with no solution to lost item.
I have given them delivery info I have that clearly states it’s not been delivered and they are telling me it has.
It’s going on 2 months!!!
