We have made numerous attempts to contact and have MrC [redacted] come back so that we could discuss his experience with us We were hoping to be able to address his issues and provide some solution to make him a satisfied customer We have even offered a non cash incentive for him to meet with us with no response from him We have also been advised that some non business related circumstances may have resulted in his issues with the location Supervisor and his unwillingness to meet with our Manager in resolving this matterThe option to meet remains on the table

The customer refers to our buy one, get a second wash offer which is a standard product offering, giving two washes at a discounted price versus one The receipt is the ticket that the customer holds on to that must be used for the second wash It contains a barcode and clearly states in writing the expiration date of the ticket for the second wash

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, In there letter they sent the Revdex.com it states "We have also been advised that some non business related circumstances may have resulted in his issues with the location Supervisor and his unwillingness to meet with our Manager in resolving this matterI am very sure I do not know what he is talking about and to be honest don't like the way that soundsI have received one e mail from the company asking for my phone number that I did not give him due to the fact it is a work cell numberAnd his offer was made through a 3rd party not directly towards meI would love to talk to them about this problem to be honestJust find it really hard to believe that this has went this far when all I wanted was what I paid forhave a great day
