The first issue experienced while living at their property, the toilet was stopped up and constantly leaked all over the floorIt took over a month for them to completely repair it so it was able to be used again(there's only one bathroom in the house) I received a letter stating any/all repairs requested would be a $fee There are numerous holes in the wall that were to be repaired after I moved in that were never repaired, that allowed sunlight to come inDuring the winter I had NO heat, for myself or my year old daughterI had to go to the ER for bronchitis and beginning stages of pneumonia due to constant exposure to freezing temperatures in my homeRight before it started warming up they installed one gas heater in my bedroom, and refused to provide one for my daughter stating that it wasn't "legally required"My house is connected to a well
