Customers called into our Call Center and explained the issue they were having with their cameraThe images have a date stamp on themWhat is happening is the date stamp on the picture is month, day and yearThe year that is on the images is rather than There is a software bug in the
camera causing this issue. This model was manufactured in and has since been discontinued and the software is no longer availableWe are sorry for the inconvenience but are not able to do anything about the date stampThis camera came with a factory warranty of months which has since passedWe would like to offer a discount of 50% off the purchase of a new camera.Cuddeback Cameras

Michael *** *** As stated during my previous phone calls with them I have never gotten a good picture out of that camera whether or not the batteries were brand new or not and the batteries were changed four different timesJust as they stated in their response, they are unwilling to back their camera and are only willing to inconvenience me by making me run back to cabelas or ship a poorly made product back to themApparently my time is worth absolutely nothing

Mr *** *** called and spoke with us in regards to his F3-purchased from CabelasThis camera is a black flash and Mr *** *** stated to us that he did like the picture qualityWe looked at the picture and told Mr *** *** that his batteries were at 30% and that was not enough
power to fully power the LED's and that was why the picture was darkWe advise the customer to purchase new batteriesHe stated that he could return the camera to Cabelas for a full refund than purchase another model (1248) online for a cost of $We also offered Mr *** *** that he could get a different model for $He felt that since he already paid $for the first model that we should just charge him the $difference to match the on line price. We advised the customer that returning it to Cabelas and buying it online would be a better deal than what we could offer him We would still offer to Mr *** *** that he could upgrade to a model for $We would pay for him to send in his old camera and to ship the new camera to him

Mr *** contacted us on Sunday October 04, at 10:31amHe did not like the quality of the night images on his camera and wanted to know what his options wereWe told him that since the camera was not bought directly from us that he could not get a refund but he could return it from the
retailer he bought it from OR exchange it through our fix with new programOn Friday October 09,at 12:54pm he responded requesting an empty box so he could it to the store that he bought it fromMr *** stated that the retailer he bought it from would not take it back unless it had a boxHe further went on the say that if we did not send him a box that "Otherwise I will be forced to go on every social network site and give a review on every site I can to complain." On Monday October 19th 2015, he starting posting negative reviews on social media"Cuddeback is Horrible" Doesn't mention anything about how horrible the retailer is that he purchased the product from. What Mr *** fails to mention in his complaint is that he did not buy the camera directly from us but does note that "The company has refused to take the product back"I told Mr *** today that I would send him a box so he could return his camera back to the retailer that he bought it fromI will not be doing that unless he stops posting negative reviews immediately
