I leased a Nissan Juke for the past three years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with my vehicle and Nissan Irvine up until nowMy lease was coming to an end and I wanted to get into another lease early as I needed a larger car to accommodate my growing familyIt was at this point that I realized that the customer service at Nissan Irvine is absolutely disgraceful and gives the impression that, if you are not doing business with them, you are not important and ignoredOver a two week period, I made several calls to their receptionist, a woman who clearly does not enjoy her job, who attempted to connect me each time with a MrJohn Fullam who never returns your calls or follows through on any requestTrying to get a simple e-mail or a fax sent to you was a ridiculous struggle, and I still to this day have not received eitherAll of that aside, trying to return my Juke was even more of a struggle! Each time I called to ask about what needed to be done to return the car, I was given another task to do or an excuse as to why I couldn't hand in the car that dayApparently, only one soul on the site can process a lease return and they do not accept appointmentsThis is incredibly inefficient and inconvenientAfter two weeks of trying to return my lease, still being given the run-around, I was advised to take it to another dealership! I took my Juke to Nissan San Juan Capistrano who made the process so easy! I was in and out in less than minutesSeems Nissan Irvine just wants to pass the burden along to someone elseThat's a shame because consequently they have lost my business for good
I have many issues, but the issue that broke the camels back was, being told that after signing a contract which expressed that I receive oil changes and tire rotations for the life of the car.I was told it would not be honoredWhich was for me the deal makerNow Im told its no longer validNew owners! How would I know that was an issue when I signed up? What good is a contract? Another issue is I bought a but was given manuals and NO effort has been made to get the correct onesNext I was pulled over because my registration was wrong on the fault of the dealershipCost me alot of time to straighten it outNext I left my house key in their rental, wasnt until I got home did I realize this, spent hours going back where I had been, by then the dealership was closed, wasnt until the next day when I went to the dealer, they HAD IT! DONT I deserve a phone call? How do I know if a copy was made? Thank goodness days earlier I put a extra key out on my patioWhat if I hadnt?
Nissan Altima was purchased brand new on 11/7/On 2/13/16, I went into the garage (where I always park the vehicle) and noticed a crack over inches long starting from the black "frit" or edge of the windshield on the passengers side and about inches up from the bottom of the windshieldThe crack extends toward the center of the windshieldOn Friday 2/12/16, there was absolutely no crack or chip or anything on the windshield so I was beyond shocked that a crack THAT big occurred overnight and in my garageI took the car for my first service a few days ago and made it clear that there was no incident that triggered the crack as the vehicle was parked in my garageI was told I would have to resolve this through my insurance companyI then insisted they take a look at itUpon picking up my vehicle after the service, I was told that they could not replace the windshield as the warranty does not cover it because there is a chip in the windshieldI find this preposterous
I received a letter from Nissan USA saying that they extended an warranty on my 350z due to a faulty Vapor vent tube which causes the car not to be able to be filled up all the way
I called the claims number from the letter and I was provided a voice recording saying that all dealers in the nation has been informed and all I had to do is make an appointment to have them verify the problem and it may be replaced under warranty
I made an appointment and went into Imperio Nissan of Irvine for my fuel tank has only been able to fill up to about gallons at most and would click off somewhere between 3/full to almost completely full on the fuel gaugeMy car has a gallon tank
First they said they will have to charge me $to even take a look at it, and if its not the evap then I would have to pay it
Then they said my symptoms do not indicate a evap tube issue and that a fueling sending unit needs to be replacedClaiming that if there is an issue with the Evap than I wouldn't be able to fill up at all
I left the dealership at this point and went to the internet forums for 350z's and like I had thought Imperio Nissan of Irvine definitely was trying to play a trick on me and scared me awayFurthermore I'm upset that when I made the appointment and called them to verify my issue they never informed me of this so I had no chance to look this up before going them and I had already took a day off of work to accommodate my appointment
Please do not go to this Imperio Nissan of Irvine!!!
Save yourself some time and money, their practices are unethical and the service is the worst I've ever seenI just reported them to the Revdex.com because I called and scheduled an oil change, got there minutes early and *** the service associate came out to tell me they are not choosing to do business with me, my services are not welcomedI thought it was a joke and *** said he was serious and this came straight from his bossBut why? No reason was given! Is it race or religion? I don't knowSo I called back to speak to Stephan the Loyalty Manager and she said she will need to find out from the Service Director tomorrow when he returns to the dealershipMore to come!
