I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Consumer was able to provide a copy of the receipt and a full refund was provided

I am rejecting this response because:The young teenage girl working the front desk did not give us a copy of the cancellation...

agreement that we DID fill out. The gym DID credit us back the first charge made after the cancelation which proves we did cancel, however they charged us for the months after. Also, someone by the name of [redacted] is posing as the owner and informed us HE is the owner not [redacted]. We have spoken to employees that worked for the gym at the time of cancellation that can confirm we came into the gym and cancelled. There is also a recorded call with our credit card company that and employee confirmed we cancelled back in June.
