[redacted] I do not agree with his comment that we don't have any legal grounds to keep the [redacted] 's depositI don't believe any of my employees would hold a vehicle for over a month on a promise while giving the customer a refundable depositHowever I do realize that this is a he said she said scenario and therefore will refund their depositPlease have them contact [redacted] *** at [redacted] to arrange for the refund.Hi ***, I’ve spoken with the Salesperson R [redacted] about this situation several times The [redacted] ’s had a deal on this vehicle times They left a deposit initially on the vehicle on April 8th at which time they had asked R [redacted] if they didn’t receive money they were expecting from [redacted] if they would get their deposit back He had said that yes, we could hold it for a short period without risk of losing the deposit After about days they called in to say they were unsure and to put the vehicle back on the market to which we obliged and returned their deposit They then contacted R [redacted] again on April 24th to say that they would like to go ahead and purchase the vehicle, hold it with a deposit and that they would be picking it up the first week of June R [redacted] says he had told them that we could hold it, as long as they were taking it for sure to which they said that yes, they would take the vehicle no questions R [redacted] had maintained repeated contact with them throughout the month of May, and each time they had assured him they would be picking the vehicle up during the first week of June They made contact back to sometime in the first few days of June to cancel I spoke with the C [redacted] ’s on June 15th and let them know we would not be returning the deposit due to the time period they had the vehicle on hold I let them know they could use the $towards the purchase of a vehicle with Wheaton Honda After reviewing the file closer, we did however fail to obtain a signed bill of sale stamped deposit non-refundable [redacted] Let me know if you have any questions Ian R**Pre-Owned Sales ManagerWheaton Honda 34th AveEdmonton, AlbertaT6E 6S[redacted] Proud member of the Wheaton Group of Companieswww.wheatonhonda.com

I have this company as my alarm system provider for about years for now
On my business location about sf and my home
I asked them several times to fix some of the sensors and the guy who showed up had really really bad attitude
I wanted to change them several times but I was under contract and later I just got busy and I didn't change them which was a big mistake
Couple days ago I asked them to come to my home to fix a sensor which didn't work and we couldn't set the alarmThey asked for a $fee and I told them after so many years of paying every single month I thought it would be nice to wave the fee
A lady on the phone said that we have to pay I told her I will change them and she said ok
Simple
Well today I had my house burglarized and I lost lots of electronics and jewels and a professional photo camera and a tv and other stuff
I let you think if it is worthy to invest your money in a company like that

I have already discussed the situation with the business and was told my option was to pay the fee. I am not sure what further options can be provided. At this point there are two options: I pay the fee or they credit the fee. I am not sure what there is to discuss but would prefer to have my options provided in writing.

We never did hear back from the customer regarding which option she preferred. Therefore we have no choice for providing Option #2 and will have to default to utilizing Option #1 and credit the amount in question. This has already taken place. We will assume the matter to be closed on our end at this time as well. We have been Burgarello customers since 2013 and have had excellent customer service. Recent significant technical issues required a substantial amount of investment on the company's part to remedy the situation. The professionalism and responsivity from the sales office, technician and owner were beyond our expectations.

call went to voice-mail and I left [redacted] a detailed response with a profuse apology as this was the first I've heard of any issue going on, much less for 3 years! I also requested his input to give me a detailed punchlist of what he would like remedied so we are addressing those issues specifically. [redacted] is a GREAT client of Burgarello Alarm and I am mortified that he felt he had to go this extent to get his concerns addressed with our company in regards to a specific employee, regardless of what those concerns may be. I will be handling this directly myself and will be back in touch with [redacted] by tomorrow morning once ascertaining the issues at hand and the appropriate resolution. As promised to our esteemed client [redacted], we have corrected and completed the additional work regarding his primary residence per the date both parties mutually agreed upon. I have remained in contact with [redacted] throughout the complaint process and as recently as last night. [redacted] is completely satisfied at this point and agreed that I post my closing comments on the case file. He liked the end result so much he requested the same upgrade for his secondary home, which we are in the process of doing for him. Burgarello Alarm truly appreciates [redacted]'s patronage of our company and though we're still embarrassed about the oversight that did not get noticed, we truly appreciate being notified of any issues that are occurring with our clients and having the opportunity to resolve those issues in a mutually respectful and constructive environment.
