I already explained everything When I worked on civic, each time oil leaked I fixed any leaking place Not leaking no repair Why I fixed if not leaking other place Last time he stop by for checked oil leaking I lift the car and showed him Most oil leaking is started car and wait untill oil come out then you see where is leaking But this time engine is turn off not running then still leaking So I pointed leaking area (which is drive side) but he said spotted on the ground is middle of right side
I told him look and see this leaking from driver side of engine not even engine running So when I replace oil leaking is not leaking this is different place

Franklly, its getting ridiculous....we are going in circles and it appears that [redacted] is unwilling to try to resolve this. Therefore, I have already put a complaint with the Attorney General, Consummer Protection. I feel that I was taken advantage off just because I don't know anything about cars. But, I have done my research and I have evidence that clearly shows that my car was not fixed correctly and that aftermarket parts were used. Why is it that when I took it to the dealer they were able to find the root of the problem immediately and fixed correctly, gave me a warranty on the work they performed and assured me that there will be no more oil leaks. The [redacted] dealer told me that the work performed by this business was very sloppy and poorly done and that the root of the oil leak should have been very obivious to them. This business apparently don't specialize in [redacted] and they lack experience in my opinion. All I got from this business (Mr. S**) was nothing but excuses. Once again to get this resolved I am requesting $800.00. I will not rest and I will persue this vigorously until justice is served.Regards,[redacted]
