The business has responded Please see below:This is in respond to the complaint made against Wheel & Tire Depot located on [redacted] customer came in to our facility on May ***,for a car inspection only vehicle was brought down to our working area for about minutes then brought upstairs to the parking lot with the inspection completed customer pays goes outside and notice a small light scratch on the inner part of the rear bumper we as a company take this very seriously because always try to cater to our customers like family so we review our camera video system together with the customer and we show him it did not occurred in our facility again we wouldn't mind paying for it if it had happen here but it did not we feel sorry for the customer but we want him to understand we cant be held responsible for something we did not do please feel free to contact us @###-###-#### or Email: [redacted] att: [redacted]

Review: On May [redacted], 2015 at approximately 3:30 PM I brought my silver Honda Pilot SUV to this business for a vehicle inspection. At approximately 5PM after paying for their services and while inspecting my car I observed a fresh noticeable scratch covered in white dust on the right side of the rear bumper. When questioned about the scratch, the manager ([redacted]) came outside and after inspection proceeded to thoroughly clean the whole area, removing the dust. He then brought me inside to review the camera footage recording the area through which the car was driven through (it was driven to the garage at a lower location in the facility and vice versa during servicing). This area is a tight driveway, barely large enough for an SUV, flanked on one side by the building wall and the other by a cement rise. The cement was consistent with the materials (dust, coloring) on the car bumper prior to being cleaned off, as well as being on the same side as the scratch while the car was being driven down to the garage. Upon further inspection a portion of the wall had a fresh silver paint scrape upon it. Our complaint was subverted by the manager who proceeded to show me camera footage repeatedly - footage that was useless to my claim because every camera view was pointed (strategically?) away from the tight corner turn where the paint scrape was.Desired Settlement: The business is requested to formally apologize in writing as well as to repair the scratches on the car.
