Thank you again for taking my call today in regards to this situation.  I would like to reference again that I have never in my almost 20 years in business have had a situation like this.  As we all know you can’t please everyone all the time…this one seems a bit strange as all the facts...

are not stated.We did detail Mr. [redacted]’s car 4/8/16.  He asked us to do just the exterior of the car.  He was very happy with the work when he picked up his car.  We did as a courtesy vacuum the floor mats for him too.  Mr. [redacted] claims he sent me an email regarding a missing panel from his interior.  I never received such email.  The only emails I received after the fact were to ask when he should/could rewax the vehicle. Because I did not respond to the email I never received, Mr. [redacted] felt it was necessary to belittle me on [redacted] and Revdex.com.   He never tried to call me to discuss.I looked at his [redacted] profile and it is obvious that this man seems to give negative feedback where ever he shops. Mr. [redacted] also asked me if I would install product that he provided.  I declined, as our company policies are that we do not install parts we do not sell for liability reasons
