We like to start by apologizing for any inconvenienceThe replacement Wheel sent was the correct size, Finish, and Lug PatternIt was however repackaged in a different box since the original box was damagedUpon receiving the customer assumed it was wrong Upon additional research by
the customer he discovered it was the correct wheel Additionally we reached out to the customer and gave the customer a sizable refund to compensate him for the trouble and satisfy him We were able to satisfy the customer and the issue has been resolvedThank you

We have reached out to this customer to get the issues the customer has complained about resolvedWe immediately refunded the customer $to cover the cost of Wheel balancing and Gas We also emailed the customer another copy of his invoice which we always provide via email
Additionally we are in contact with the customer on getting his TPMS reset and will swap them out if necessary We only use OEM TPMS adn have not experienced this issue before We will do our best to satisfy this customer and adres his concerns/complaints

The company states that there is/was no evidence of the wheels being delivered to me This is confirmation to me that wheelsout have not actually attempted to track the order The status, after clicking on the tracking link clearly shows the wheels were refused on July 15, proving that the wheels came to me and were returned with a status of "refused"How wheelsoutlet determined that the wheels never made it to me indicates they had not tracked the order as told to me
Just as wheelsoutlet has procedures for returned items, the military post office policy and procedure is that the wheels or product are refused at the military post office Since they are in a refused or non acceptance status there is no exchange or assigning of new tracking numbers The wheels were refused meaning, they can/will be tracked with the same tracking number The wheelsout stated that if I had returned the product according to their system procedure they would have proof that I actually received the product The USPS tracking system clearly indicate the wheels were refused by me on July This is further evidence that the company is non diligent and did not verify the status as I was told After taking more than days to deliver the "wrong product" and not having the ability to satisfactory complete a business transaction, one would think that the company would want to rectify their failure

Review: I purchased and paid for car rims and tires on may 9th 2015 in the amount of 2950.00. 1 week later was told they didnt have them there that an employee made a mistake and I had to wait till they ordered more. I agreed as long as they had them delivered quickly. They said they would mail them out by may 18th. and that they would arrive by may 22nd. Through paypal I saw they created the shipping label. As I checked ups teacking I saw they were never in ups possession. I called all wk long, by may 22nd I bombarded them with phone calls n also I called ups . All they kept saying was they were waiting for ups to find them. This was all a lie. I finally open a dispute on paypal and was refunded. This is not the way they should conduct business. Ebay should also be made aware of them n I will be contacting them. They had me waiting for 2 weeks when I could've gotten them somewhere else. Now I have to search for new ones and have delayed my plans.Desired Settlement: I think they should have to pay me for time and aggrevation and disappointment. Also I think they state of California should fine them for such horrible practices.

Review: I purchased 4 rims from wheels proz on 29 May 2014 in the amount of $875.00

After approximately 3 weeks I called the company to report that I did not receive the shipment and they said they would investigate and I would be contacted via email. I'm a active duty military member stationed in Germany at the time and requested email contact due to the time difference. I'm aware that shipments can take up to 21 days to get to Germany.

Approximately one week I called Wheel Proz back because I did not receive any emails. The only information I was given was that the rims were still in enroute.

Each time I called I was told a similar story. I never did receive any responses from any of my emails and made more than 8 calls with company to rectify the situation

10 July 2014 - The car rims finally arrived approximately 40 days after I ordered after I ordered them and they were the WRONG TYPE. I refused the shipment at the post office and they rims were sent back to Wheel Proz. I

I contacted Wheel Proz and informed them that I had refused shipment off the wheels on 25 July 2014 and asked if they had received the shipment. They replied no.

Summary - I have made several phone calls from Germany and Wheel Proz had promised to return my emails but never did. I have not received any refunds or customer service of any type. The spoke with the manager that handled returns on more than one occasion. He said that he had looked into the situation but he asked me what the shipment tracking numbers were. Since I purchased the rims from Wheel Proz I would think that they would have the tracking numbers. They have been completely useless in this case and appear to have no desire to solve.

Action Required: Refund of order money $875.00 and $160.00 in phone bills charges for a process that started on 30 May 2014.Desired Settlement: Refund $875.00 and $160 in phone bill charges.

Review: I'm writing this after almost 6 months of headaches and nightmares dealing with this company and their staff. I want to first of say that if you find yourself on the phone with some guy who calls himself "[redacted]" to hang up immediately! WHAT A JERK!Months back I ordered online (found on eBay) a set of beautiful wheels for my Silverado. When the first set of wheels arrived I opened the boxes to discover that ALL4 of my wheels had been damaged. Someone went to check them before shipping and did so by cutting the boxes open with a box cutter, and then cutting through the packaging and INTO THE WHEELS. That's not all, each wheel had been rolled around on a cement floor damaging each rim edge. When I called to complain and get new wheels "[redacted]" told me that he could credit me $50 to go buy touch up paint. IS THIS A JOKE?! I told him that I ordered new (undamaged) wheels and that's what I expect. This took a few weeks to get arranged but he did eventually send me new wheels at his cost. Happy?No, when the second round of wheels showed 1 of them had been badly damaged by UPS and not this company. I called and told them that after filing a claim with UPS and they said they would contact me when it came back. So I wait and wait... Once UPS had confirmed deliver I waited some more. After 5 WEEKS they told me they had no record of my wheel coming back and couldn't help me. (I lost my cool). Again I found myself on the phone with this joker "[redacted]" who told me that he had done everything he was supposed to do and didn't need to help me anymore. NOTE: HE WAS SCREAMING AT ME ON THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!! I don't care if I yell at you, you don't yell back in customer service. I am in customer service and take my job seriously, I would NEVER yell at a customer I would be fired immediately! This punk should be terminated.Today I finally had my wheels and tires mounted and balanced. The shop just called me and told me that one of my wheels is different. It has been months and months dealing with these people, mostly "[redacted]" and I'm fed up. I have these wheels and tires mounted now and the newest wheel from the second shipment is the incorrect color, offset, hub bore, and bolt pattern.Desired Settlement: I want the correct wheel in the correct size and color shipped to my house at their expense promptly.

Review: On July 24th I purchased a set of wheels and tires, spoke with the manager directly, and paid for everything. I called the following day to get a shipping/deliver estimate, and was told the end of the following week (About August 8th) I called towards the end of the following week, spoke again with the manager, and was told it was going to be another 2 weeks. It was frustrating, but I agreed to that. I called August 18th for an update, and was told the manager was on vacation but I would receive a call. I was called August 20th by a salesperson there, the manager was still not in, and told the wheels were still in transit but would be there August 28th, "sorry". At this point it has been over a month and still no wheels, and I am very frustrated, but I agreed to wait until the 28th. At this point my car is undrivable since the old tires are shot, and I have to drive my wife's car since I had assumed I would have the new wheels and tires by now. I called all week August 24th-28th, and the manager was never available. The wheels did NOT show up on the 28th, and still I can't get ahold of the manager or get an answer on where my wheels are. This is ridiculous, and lastly, this business claims to be Revdex.com accredited and it is not.Desired Settlement: I want the wheels I ordered and was promised, THIS WEEK, and I'd like some form of compensation for my time and frustration, either a partial refund or TPMS sensors included at no charge, BUT I WANT MY WHEELS PLEASE!

Review: I ordered a set of four MRR228 Wheels and tire from Wheel Outlet SD off ebay on April 20,2015. On May 1 ,2015 I emailed Wheel outlet asking if my wheels had been shipped or when they would be. I got a response back that day saying that its in processing. May 5, 2015 I emailed again asking when they would get shipped, I got no response. I called twice on May 6, 2015 asking for a response and was told I could expect a call back that day. No call back. May 7, 2015 I call back and was told I would be kept up to date what was happening with my wheels and tires everyday and was told I should see them to my door by May 14 2015. The deadline I need them by is May 16, 2015. No emails or calls keeping me up to date. I call back on May 12th and was told id get a call back. Yet again no calls. I emailed May 12th as well. No response. I call back twice and finally get told my that they wouldn't even have my wheels until May 14-16 2015. I ask for a manager. The manager didnt really help. He offered a different wheel, I told him I will only change the order if I get my wheels by May 15-16 2013 he stated that they should be and that it takes 2-3 business days to ship. Gave me lug nuts and a discount on TPMS sensors. My wheels arrived May 19th! after putting my wheels on (May 21, 2015) I wanted the ones I first ordered because these where late. Three shops couldn't get the TPMS sensors to link to my car I paid more for these and the pre-balanced wheels are off balance my car shakes! Yes they are properly installed. I contacted the manager right away on May 21 2015. He stated he would look into why the sensors do not work and refund me for the balancing of the wheels. I have not got my refund! I also have not heard back about my TPMS sensors, it has been five days... Also never sent my my invoice.Desired Settlement: I would like the wheels I orginally ordered. The only reason I agreed to switching was because I was told I would have them on time. Not happy with these. I will keep the tires that are on these wheels. or a refunded discount on these wheels. I would like either working replacement or full refund for the TPMS Sensors. I would like a refund for the wheel balancing. And I would like a letter/call apologizing. and I would like a copy of my invoice.
